Yu Song

Yu Song has over 15 years of work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Currently, they are the Mobile Team Lead at SolusGuard since June 2020. Previously, they worked as a Sr. Android Developer at GasBuddy from July 2019 to June 2020. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at LiveBlock Auctions International, including Application Development Manager, Team Lead of Application Development, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, from 2007 to 2019. Yu also worked as an IT Contractor at the National Research Council Canada in 2010. Yu started their career as a Web Developer at the University of Regina - Student Connections in 2006, and then worked as a Programmer Analyst at NEC Corporation from 2005 to 2006.

Yu Song obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Regina, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, Yu Song obtained a certification in "Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)" from Lynda.com in October 2018.
