Drew Walters

Drew Walters has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Drew started their career in 2008 as a Meteorologist in the United States Air Force, where they managed and directed weather operations for the military forces. In 2015, they transitioned to the private sector and worked as a Sr. Technology Account Manager at Office Depot, where they spearheaded strategic planning and implementation of transformational action plans to enhance Quality Assurance (QA) activities and drive B2B sales of hardware, software, and SaaS products.

In 2018, Drew joined Soluta, Inc. as a Quality Analyst, where they provided testing solutions to ensure the overall quality of software products. Drew created testing policies and procedures, executed manual test cases, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to make recommendations on the type of application testing required. Drew quickly progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Lead Software Quality Analyst, Project Team Lead, and currently, Quality Analyst Manager, where they lead a team of 5 testers and drives continual improvement of QA infrastructure.

Drew Walters completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Texas, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from American Public University System, from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Meteorology from the Community College of the Air Force, from 2012 to 2013. Before embarking on their higher education journey, Drew attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2005 to 2007. The specific degree and field of study for this period are unknown.
