Neil Simmons has a long history of work experience in the IT industry. Neil began their career in 2004 as an Operations Manager at Newmarket IT. In 2005, they joined TechTurn as the VP of Operations and Operations Director. In 2012, they moved to Arrow Electronics as the Global Director, Business Process and Engineering. In this role, they managed technical engineering teams to produce internal and external solutions for ITAD processing, managed business analyst and project management teams, managed the global quality, environmental health and safety teams, and managed the business integration teams. Neil also served as the Logistics (Operations) Director, responsible for all operations in manufacturing and engineering sites in North America ITAD. In 2018, they joined Soluta, Inc. as the Customer Success Director and Product Director.

Neil Simmons graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics.
