Sarah S.

Sarah S. has worked in the restaurant and accounting industries since 2001. Sarah began their career at Ozona Grill & Bar (Ford Restaurant Group) as a General Manager/Managing Partner, where they increased gross yearly restaurant sales from $1 million to over $4.5 million. Sarah then moved to Ford Restaurant Group as a Director of Training for Specialty Concepts, where they developed and implemented a standardized managerial training program. In 2015, Sarah S. joined Soluta, Inc. as the Director of Operational Accounting and TechOps. In this role, they interacted with clients to determine additional business requirements, data transition needs and system configurations. Sarah also led the EDI team which managed new and on-going data feeds. Sarah S. then became the Senior Business Process Analyst before taking on the role of Group Administrative Coordinator, where they were responsible for duties related to servicing clients and relaying information to other internal departments.

Sarah S. obtained their Associate's degree from Kaplan College in 2000, majoring in Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Sarah then attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2000-2003, receiving their B.A. in Sarah'story with a minor in Mathematics. Additionally, Sarah S. has obtained two certifications: a Level 1 Sommelier and previously held a Series 6 and Series 63.
