Blane Staskiewicz

Blane Staskiewicz has worked at DoD Platform One since 2022, where they have served as IL5 Cell Lead, Automation Engineer, and Container Hardener. Blane also works at SOLUTE as a DevOps Engineer since 2022. In 2021, they worked at Tech For Good Inc as a Software Engineer, where they were the lead engineer of the Kubernetes Engine Team on the Flant project, a ML-powered cloud optimization engine. Blane utilized tools such as Amazons EKS, EBS, EC2 instances, Docker and Java to form K8 clusters with fabric8io Java SDK and YAML configuration files, that uses the combined spot/preemptible instances from various cloud providers that ensures 100% uptime with equal distribution. Prior to this, Blane Staskiewicz worked at YMCA OF READING & BERKS CO since 2016 as a Lifeguard.

Blane Staskiewicz is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. In 2019, they also attended CodingNomads for a course in Python.
