Chris Cunningham has worked in various engineering and service roles since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Warehouse Worker for Jitney Co Inc, where they received, stored, and distributed material, tools, equipment, and supplies throughout the warehouse. In 2013, they worked as a Server for TGI Fridays, where they used interpersonal skills to clearly communicate knowledge of the restaurant's product and services. In 2015, they worked as a Supplemental Instructor at Norco College, where they developed and taught lesson plans for complex topics in the subject of Multi-Variable and Vector Calculus. In 2017, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer Intern for Certified Thermoplastics Co., Inc., where they utilized SOLIDWORKS to design tooling, precession gauges, and fixtures. In 2018, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer Intern for UTC Aerospace Systems, where they utilized Laser Scanning and Photogrammetry to create 3D models of objects for further analysis. Finally, in 2019, they worked as a UAV Lead Engineer for SOLUTE, where they designed multiple UAV systems for various applications including photography, mapping, photogrammetry, and LiDAR.

Chris Cunningham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from UC San Diego between 2016 and 2019.
