This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects in alignment with client objectives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards. The team also provides specialized support for key clients like EDF, offering dedicated project management officers and coordinators to ensure seamless project execution and successful digital transformation.
