Pasquale Costa

Pasquale Costa is currently the Head of Risk Management and Compliance at Solution Bank, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as Chief Risk Officer at Banca Popolare di Bari from 2021 to 2023, and held various roles in risk management and analysis, including at the European Banking Authority and KPMG Italy. Pasquale has also gained experience as a Project Manager at Crédit Agricole Italia and in risk integration roles at Banco BPM. They are furthering their education with a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Università degli studi di Parma, as well as a Master II Livello in Computational Finance and Risk Management from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
