Prior to this, Matthew worked at BT for over 15 years, holding various roles such as Business Improvement Specialist, Product Owner, Operations Manager, Technical Analyst, and IT Higher Apprentice. Matthew graduated from Staffordshire University with a Bachelor's degree in ICT.
