Lene Gjævert

Lene Gjævert is currently the Director of Business Operations at Visma Flyt since March 2024 and serves as a Board Member at Solution Seeker since September 2024. Prior to these roles, Lene held various positions at Visma from February 2018 to March 2024, including People Director and HR Manager. Lene also worked as Head of Member Benefits and Advisor at HR Norge from January 2014 to January 2018 and was a Department Manager at Tusenfryd AS from April 2006 to October 2014. Lene holds a Master's degree in Strategy and Business Development from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Kristiania University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Lene completed a one-year program in Development Studies at Oslo and Akershus University College.
