Pamela Fite

Pamela Fite is an experienced educational leader with over 30 years in the field, holding roles as a public school administrator, supervisor, director, and educator for the deaf. Currently serving as the Director of Educational Partnerships at Solution Tree, Pamela focuses on building relationships with school leaders to enhance learning resources and professional development. Previously, as Deputy Superintendent at Mt. Pleasant I.S.D., Pamela managed various educational departments, and later held positions at Resource Associates Grant Writing Co and Renaissance Learning, where contributions included grant management and sales leadership. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, Speech and Hearing Therapy, and Deaf Education from Stephen F. Austin State University.
