Shawna Chambers

Shawna Chambers is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within the educational sector. Currently, at Solution Tree as an Associate since May 2023, Shawna has previously served as an Assistant Principal at School District 45 since July 2014, and as Director of School Performance and Support at UNO Charter School Network from June 2011 to July 2014, where significant contributions included developing academic programming and facilitating professional development. Shawna began the career as an English Teacher at York Community High School from August 2005 to July 2011, focusing on curriculum development and engaging in various leadership initiatives. Shawna holds a M.A. in Educational Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.A. in English, Secondary Education from Illinois State University.
