We recognized the excess demand for design professionals in the US paired with the overabundance and underemployed qualified talent in Latin America, and knew we had to act. Thus, we created a cloud-based platform that facilitates the connection, interview, and hiring process of Latin American architects and engineers who are specifically trained to assimilate seamlessly into the US workforce.

Our proprietary business model allows US employers to hire a diverse team from different countries without the legal hurdles that are usually associated with direct hire systems. S4DZ is essentially a company that specializes in facilitating remote work arrangements between US companies and skilled professionals based outside of the country.
