Mark Snook

Mark Snook has worked in the IT industry since 2004. In 2004, they started their career as a Systems Engineer at MDC Holdings, Inc., where they were responsible for deploying, maintaining, and monitoring servers, as well as analyzing system-related issues. Mark employed reporting methods, process flows, and project integration for software deployments utilizing Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003. In 2008, they joined Solutions-II as a Sr. Solutions Engineer, where they designed, implemented, and supported complex systems. Mark also developed and implemented solutions to meet the strategic needs of their clients based on documented needs and requirements. Mark was able to quickly adapt to new technologies and service offerings and present and implement them as a subject matter expert to customers.

Mark Snook has a background in vCAC Administration. Mark has obtained various certifications from VMware, Nutanix, EMC, F5 Networks, NetApp, and other institutions.
