Mic Welling

Mic Welling has been working in the IT industry since 1992, beginning their career as Director of Information Technology at Anthem. In 2000, they joined Solutions-II, Inc as Executive Director Solutions Architecture, and then moved to Long View Systems in 2010 as Client Services Manager. In 2011, they returned to Solutions-II as Security and Data Center Executive, Managed Services, Cloud, and Risk Management, where they collaborated with clients to improve their security posture and data center resiliency while managing costs through technology and services. Mic also served as Sr. Director of Client Solutions and Complex Solutions Architect, engaging with Solutions-II clients to design and architect solutions to meet or exceed their business requirements.

Mic Welling obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from the Denver Institute of Technology between 1984 and 1986. Mic has also obtained two certifications, including the Adaptable Data Center Professional from Solutions II in August 2020 and the Solutions II ADC Associate from Solutions II in February 2020.
