Mark Hancock

Mark Hancock is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and customer solution design. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Solutions ITW since November 2014, Mark focuses on creating effective solutions for Goodwill clients. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Palmetto IT Services from April 2013 to September 2014, and as an Email Specialist at Level One, LLC, from April 2009 to April 2013, where responsibilities included converting prospects into residents in the multi-family apartment sector. Mark holds a degree in Global Technologies Management with a focus on Information Technology from Bob Jones University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
