{SolutionSet} is a data analytics and business intelligence firm founded by former portfolio company executives. We’ve developed a playbook to help sponsors professionalize their businesses and drive accountability within them.

In a nutshell, we specialize in extracting data from legacy systems (Accounting, POS, ERP, WMS, Payroll, etc.) and applying a specific storage protocol. This ensures data is normalized, categorized correctly, and believable to create “one version of the truth”. We connect this data to automated Excel reports and dynamic PowerBI dashboards, delivering the right data to the right people, at the right time, in the right format, to facilitate optimal decision-making.

We are not an offshore tech company. SolutionSet is an Atlanta-based firm providing managed services, acting as an outsourced data and reporting team, typically for private equity portfolio companies with multiple entities. This allows management teams to focus on analyzing data rather than generating reports. If you’re short on FP&A talent, we also provide interpretation services.

If you’re tired of receiving board reports, monthly financials, or simple operational answers late and lacking analytical rigor, we have the solution for you. Our playbook can have base-level financials and operational reporting connected and flowing regularly in as little as 12 weeks, at the cost of an entry-level financial analyst.
