Paul Diflo has over 37 years of experience in the IT industry. Paul began their career in 1983 with JCPenney, where they held multiple leadership positions, including Network Project Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, Network Shift Manager and Management Trainee. In 2000, they joined IGT, a subsidiary of International Game Technology PLC, where they held the roles of VP IT Shared Services, VP and CIO, and Director IT Infrastructure and Operations. In 2014, they joined Employers as Director IT Client Services. In 2018, they worked for both SolutionStream as a Sr. OCM/PM Manager and the Nevada Secretary of State as a Business Portal Administrator, Director of Business Portal, and Consultant. Since 2019, they have been a Business Portal Administrator for the State of Nevada.
Paul Diflo has an extensive educational background. From 1977 to 1981 they attended the University of Nevada, Reno. In 1982 and 1983 they attended the Computer Learning Center, where they completed a Programming and Operations program in IT Programming and Operations. Most recently, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they completed a Business Executive Leadership Program. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting from LinkedIn in March 2018, an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in November 2017, and a COBIT certification from PeopleCert in December 2015.
