Stephen Young

Stephen Young has over 25 years of work experience in the software development industry. In 1995, they began their career at Erudite Software and Consulting as a Developer. Stephen then moved to Keane, where they served as a Project Manager, Analyst, and Web Developer. In 2005, they joined LDS Church as a Web Developer and Support Technician. From 2007 to 2011, Young worked at Xennsoft, where they were the Vice President of Development and a Project Manager. In 2011, they returned to SolutionStream as a Senior Project Manager and in 2017, they were promoted to Manager of Product Delivery. In this role, Young is responsible for overseeing the Project Managers, serving as a Senior Project Manager, and establishing processes for software development and best practices for project management. Throughout their career, they have managed projects for clients in the medical billing, direct sales, insurance, and education industries.

Stephen Young obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University between 1991 and 1994. Stephen also holds CoreXM Expert and CustomerXM Expert certifications from Qualtrics.
