Brian Powers

Brian Powers has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Brian started their career as a Gunner in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving from 1989 to 1992. Brian then joined GEICO, where they worked in various roles including Field Adjuster, National Supervisor, and National Performance Review Manager in the Physical Damage department. After working at GEICO for eight years, Brian joined Safeco Insurance as a National Product Line Manager for Physical Damage, before moving to Nationwide Insurance as the National Catastrophe and On Your Side Glass Manager - Material Damage.

In 2017, Brian joined Catastrophe Solutions International (CSI) as the Director of Claims & Product Development. In this role, they were responsible for developing and maintaining the best claims process, training and developing managers, deploying new workflows and system enhancements, analyzing industry trends, and building client relationships. Brian then moved to SolutionWorks as the Vice President of Claims & Product Development in March 2020.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in claims and product development, and a focus on improving efficiency and reducing expenses.

Brian Powers attended Anne Arundel Community College from 1982 to 1985, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Business. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business at Towson University from 1985 to 1993.
