Cindy Neiderhiser

Cindy leads Solutran’s client services, overseeing client relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service. She likes to say, “We all live and die with the clients” and she gives new meaning to listening to the voice of the end-users. Cindy is wholly committed to providing the highest standard of service possible through a highly activated team, effective communications, and the successful delivery of the products.

With more than 20 years in client service and operations management, Cindy provides a wealth of experience in providing leadership to support day-to-day service needs. Before joining Solutran in 2001, Cindy was the Director of Product Management and Channel Integration at Select Comfort, and prior to that, she held positions in operations and product management at M&I Data Services and Travelers Express Company.
