Nir Weiss has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and industries. Nir is currently serving as the VP R&D at Solutum LTD since 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at HP, starting in 2003. At HP, they held various roles and responsibilities, including Engineering Section Manager - Supplies, where they led over 60 technology projects simultaneously. Nir was also responsible for defining and implementing the strategic technological roadmap as a member of a multidisciplinary Steering Committee. Additionally, they established a PMO function to ensure project synchronization and implemented Product Life Cycle methodologies. Nir streamlined logistics processes and outsourced functions while mentoring vendors to meet HP quality standards. Nir managed five engineering teams and implemented new systems for task prioritization and efficiency. Before joining HP, Nir Weiss worked at Chiaro Networks as the Engineering & Infrastructure Manager from 2001 to 2003. Nir started their career at Intel Corporation as a Process & Equipment Engineer from 1995 to 2001.

Nir Weiss completed an executive education program in business and innovation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1991-1995.
