Tressa McLaughlin

Tressa McLaughlin has extensive work experience in leadership positions in the business solutions and distributorship industry. Tressa is currently the Co-Owner, President, and CEO of SOLV, Business Solutions Connected, where they focus on providing unique market value, exceptional service, and comprehensive solutions to corporate customers. Tressa leads a team to develop and deliver customized products and services, along with best-in-class project management.

Prior to their current role, Tressa held various high-level positions at Safeguard by IBF, the go-to people. Tressa started as the President and COO, assisting the CEO in developing the company's vision and business strategy. Tressa later became the President and CEO, overseeing all aspects of the distributorship and Safeguard franchise. Tressa led a team of cross-functional executives in optimizing employee engagement, performance, processes, and offerings.

Tressa's career began at Idaho Business Forms (IBF) as a Graphic Designer and progressed to the position of General Manager. Tressa helped build IBF into a market leader, creating compelling collateral for customers. Throughout their career, Tressa has been dedicated to driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Tressa McLaughlin pursued their education at Capital High, where they graduated with honors between the years 1981 to 1984. Following this, they attended Boise State University from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Advertising Design/Marketing.
