Eric Millard

Eric Millard currently serves as SVP Strategy at SOLV Energy, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer at CS Energy from May 2014 to October 2025, and Business Development Manager at The Conti Group from September 2011 to May 2014. Eric also held the role of Engineering Manager at SunDurance Energy and Project Manager at The Conti Group earlier in his career, focusing on projects in renewable energy, power, and infrastructure markets. Eric's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, complemented by additional studies at The Wharton School.
