Molly Simon has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 when they co-founded the non-profit organization One Sun Health, which promotes sustainable, locally-driven solutions to public health challenges in rural South Africa. In 2012, they served as a Project Intern for One Disease at a Time, a non-profit organization aiming to eliminate Crusted Scabies from remote Indigenous communities in Australia. From 2013 to 2017, Molly worked at Advisory Board as a Consultant, Healthcare Technologies + New Business Initiatives, providing strategic guidance and project management to large healthcare provider organizations. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Self-Employed Contractor, working with founders of early-stage companies to grow their businesses and expand service lines. In 2018, they joined Solv. as Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships and Head of Health Systems Strategy & Partnerships, leading the entire sales cycle for health systems and creating health system sales and service strategies. In 2022, they began working at First Round Capital as an Expert in Residence.
Molly Simon received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Washington University in St. Louis in Anthropology, Public Health, and Women Gender & Sexuality Studies. Molly also holds a Diploma from Horace Greeley High School.
