Our retirement home search program is free and will always be. This is incredibly important to us, as the last thing you need to worry about when finding eldercare solutions, is an additional cost. We are able to offer it for free because we receive funding from our retirement home community partners. Our funding model is also different from similar services as we are paid a flat fee regardless of how much your monthly rent is. This means we never ‘up sell’ to receive higher compensation and all of our team receives a salary, with no commissions, bonuses, incentives or targets. We are genuinely here to make sure you get what is right for you, not us, and we remain fully impartial and independent as a result.
