Adam Days has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam began their career at Rhodia in 1994, where they held several roles including Production Engineer, Production Superintendent, Health, Safety, & Environmental Manager, and Operations Manager. In 2000, they joined Xinet, Inc. as a Technical Sales Manager for the Americas, overseeing global key account sales and managing channel partner companies. Since 2012, Adam has been with Solvay, where they have held various positions including Plant Manager, Global Key Account Manager, Global Market Manager, Commercial Director - EMEA & NA / Executive Key Account Manager, Global Business Director, and Executive VP - Global Business Director Silica. Adam has been responsible for leading teams, managing budgets, and driving global sales in these roles.

Adam Days has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Adam also holds two certificates from the same university, one in Telecommunications & Network Engineering and another in UNIX System Administration. In addition, Adam has obtained a certification in Deutsch B2 Mittelstufe II (German Language) from the ISK Institut für Sprachen u. Kommunikation. Their additional certification as a Professional Engineer in Chemical Engineering is obtained from the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, & Geologists.
