Benjamin H.

Benjamin H. is an experienced professional in customer development and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Customer Development for EMEA at Syensqo since December 2023. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various leadership positions at Solvay, including Head of Customer Engineering EMEA and EMEA Customer Engineering Manager, overseeing a team focused on technical support for aerospace composite materials in the civil aviation market. With a strong foundation in engineering, Benjamin previously worked at Cytec Solvay Group as Technical Service Group Leader and Senior Engineer, managing qualification and problem-solving for high-performance materials. Early career experience includes serving as a Materials and Processes Engineer at Airbus, working on composite material qualifications and research projects. Benjamin holds a PhD in Engineering and a BEng in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Bath, along with GCSE and A-level qualifications from St. George's British International School in Rome.
