Brad Rector

Brad Rector has over 30 years of work experience, holding various leadership roles in the chemical and energy industries. Brad most recently served as the Chief Information Officer of Solvay, a company with multiple mono-technology businesses generating significant net sales. Prior to that, Brad worked at TEAM, Inc. as the Chief Digital Officer, Head of Marketing, and CIO, where they oversaw digitally-enabled asset performance and optimization solutions. Before TEAM, Brad was the Chief Information Officer of Phillips 66, a global energy manufacturing and logistics company. Brad also held the position of Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT at Air Liquide and Elementis plc. Brad began their career in the industry working for companies such as Lyondell Petrochemical Company, Rohm and Haas, and Texaco. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated expertise in IT, digital transformation, and business leadership.

Brad Rector earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona in 1988. Brad later obtained an MBA with a specialization in Business Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 1993.
