David Ascher

David Ascher is currently the Country Accounting Director for North America at Solvay, having previously held the role of Lead Company Accounting Manager at the same company from 2018 to 2023. David has extensive experience in managing accounting teams and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards across significant revenue operations. Prior to joining Solvay, David worked as a Supervising Senior Accountant at Lipman Selznick and Witkowski, CPA's and held various financial positions at Rhodia Inc., gaining expertise in financial reporting and internal controls. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 1992.
