Dr.-Ing. Thomas Bauer

Dr.-Ing. Thomas Bauer is currently the Global Project Director for SOLVAir® Marine at Solvay, a role they have held since 2016. Prior to this, they served as Head of Sales and Sales & Marketing Manager for SOLVAir® Solutions in Germany and Central Europe from 2005 to 2013. Their earlier career included a position as a scientific researcher at Forschungszentrum Jülich from 1991 to 1992 and a technical role at Solvay starting in 2004. Dr.-Ing. Bauer earned a Diplom in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and completed their doctorate in Energy Process Engineering at Forschungszentrum Jülich.
