Florent Thivin

Florent Thivin has over 25 years of extensive experience in IT and project management, primarily in enterprise architecture and SAP systems. Currently serving as an Architecte entreprise at Solvay since April 2011, Florent plays a critical role in defining the Target Operating Model and applications landscape following the company's separation into two independent entities. Previous positions include IS Applications Architect, where Florent focused on application architecture evolution, and Senior Project Manager roles overseeing the deployment of SAP CONCUR across multiple EMEA countries and implementing Salesforce.com CRM solutions globally. Earlier experience at Rhodia involved leadership in e-commerce and SAP project management, contributing to core system rollouts across Asia Pacific and operational support in Europe.
