Igor Robl

Igor Robl serves as the HR Business Partner for Global Business Services at Solvay since June 2021, overseeing shared services for the Americas. Prior to this role, Igor held multiple HR positions at Valmet from September 2016 to June 2021, including HR Generalist and Talent Management Specialist for South America, and provided HR business partnership across various sites. Earlier experience at Votorantim S.A. as an HR Consultant focused on human and organizational development, and at HSBC, where responsibilities included advisory roles in Risk & Compliance and Audit. Igor began career at Kraft Foods as a Marketing Intern and later transitioned to HR roles, holding positions such as HR Analyst and HR Intern. Igor holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and a specialization in Human Resources from FAE Centro Universitário.
