Jan Vandenberghe

Jan Vandenberghe serves as the Head of Transfer Pricing at Solvay since August 2023, previously held positions including Senior Transfer Pricing Manager at Henmar Finance BV, and Manager of Accounting at CID LINES. Vandenberghe has extensive experience in transfer pricing and tax management, with roles at Deceuninck, allnex, and PostNL Belgium, where responsibilities included process implementation and tax accounting. With a long tenure at Bekaert, Vandenberghe managed global transfer pricing across various regions, emphasizing Latin America and Asia. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Handelsingenieur from KU Leuven and an Executive Masterclass in Corporate Finance from Vlerick Business School, among other business-focused studies.
