Jerry Li is currently the Automation & Robotics Lab Manager for Solvay in the APAC region, where they define the digital roadmap and build the lab from scratch to support innovative projects. They have a strong background as a senior R&I scientist with expertise in organic synthesis, catalysis, and radical polymerization, having worked in various roles at Rhodia and Solvay from 2011 to 2020. Jerry holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is known for their customer-oriented, achievement-driven approach, as well as their collaborative project management skills.
