John Hellgoth possesses a robust background in engineering and operations management, with extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. Beginning as a Process Engineer at ARCO Chemical from July 1990 to November 1997, John progressed to various leadership roles including Operations Manager at Rhodia, where responsibilities included directing plant operations in a union environment. Further advancements included positions as Plant Manager and Technical Manager, enhancing operations and process safety within specialty chemical facilities. At OpSec Security, Inc., John managed all operational aspects of a significant manufacturing facility. More recently, as Industrial Manager at Solvay, John led multi-disciplinary teams to achieve operational improvements across global manufacturing sites.
