Their roles at Solvay include leadership positions in customer credit, trade compliance, procurement service lines, and overseeing significant purchasing operations across Europe. Notably, John led the purchasing productivity program and managed integration efforts during Solvay's acquisitions of Rhodia and Cytec. Prior to their tenure at Solvay, John held key roles at Rhodia, including Global Purchasing Productivity & Raw Materials Director and Export Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
