Kermit Kwan has extensive experience in the field of polymers, having held multiple roles at Solvay since 2004, including Technology Scouting Manager, Technical Advisor, and Technology Manager. Prior to this, Kermit Kwan worked as a Research Scientist at Dow Performance Silicones from 1998 to 2004.
