Laurence Cornet

Laurence Cornet serves as the Global Head of Talent and Culture at Solvay since February 2024, overseeing initiatives in culture, talent attraction, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to this role, Laurence was the Head of Leadership and Talent Development at NATO for a brief period. Laurence's extensive experience at UCB from September 2002 to September 2023 encompassed several senior HR positions, including VP roles focused on culture, organizational development, and global talent solutions, as well as management of HR professionals and strategic initiatives in various global markets. Laurence's foundational HR career started at Msource Medical Development, complemented by a robust educational background in human resources management and coaching from prestigious institutions.
