Laurent Cuoq

Laurent Cuoq is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Raw Materials Senior Buyer at Solvay since August 2019, Laurent oversees a spend of €30 million, focusing on strategy definition, negotiation, and performance management. Prior experience includes roles as Leadbuyer OPEX and Leadbuyer packaging at FAMAR, managing an OPEX portfolio across Europe and achieving annual savings of 2-3%. Laurent also held positions at Groupe SEB and L'Oréal, where responsibilities included corporate OPEX management and packaging sourcing for multiple European factories, significantly reducing costs. An engineering graduate from UniLaSalle Amiens, Laurent furthered education with a Master’s degree in international purchasing management from KEDGE Business School.
