Leijun Hao

Leijun Hao is a Senior Research Scientist at both Solvay and Syensqo, specializing in synthetic organometallic and organic chemistry, with a focus on organophosphorus and phosphine chemistry. They have extensive experience as a scale-up chemist and have contributed to novel precursors for next-generation semiconductor applications. Previously, Leijun held positions as a Senior Chemist at Digital Specialty Chemicals, a Process Development Manager at Entegris, and a Research Associate at Northwestern University. Leijun is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organometallic Chemistry at The University of Western Ontario, following a Bachelor of Science from Shandong University.
