Martyn Murney is the Executive Chairman of Derby Rugby Football Club and has held the position since 2010. Currently self-employed as a manager of their own time, Martyn also served as the IS Infrastructure Cytec Integration Manager and European and Asia Pacific Sites IT Manager at Solvay from 2018 to 2020. With extensive experience in IT management spanning over three decades at various organizations, including a significant tenure as Group IT Manager at UMECO Structural Materials, Martyn has specialized in project management, ERP systems implementation, and IT strategy delivery. Martyn earned a degree in Accountancy from the University of Derby between 1979 and 1986.
