Massimo Fedeli has extensive experience at Solvay since May 1998, currently serving as Operation & Innovation Director for the Peroxides Business Unit. Fedeli has advanced through various roles, including Senior Vice-President - Industrial Director and Industrial Technology Development Manager, where responsibility includes leading H2O2 technology and digital transformation in manufacturing. Notably, Fedeli managed the successful start-up of the Solvay H2O2 mega plant in Sadara Industrial Complex in Saudi Arabia and has been involved in commissioning production plants in Finland and Thailand. Prior to this, experience includes managing R&D activities in Portugal and supporting large-scale projects across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific. Education includes a recent leadership program at IMD, a course at SDA Bocconi, and a degree in chemical and environmental engineering from Università di Pisa.
