Paul Izoard

Paul Izoard serves as the Procurement Performance Director at Solvay since January 2020, overseeing the Procurement Performance function and leading a central corporate team focused on governance, performance, and sustainability across Global Business Units with a purchasing value of €8 billion annually. Prior to this role, Paul contributed significantly at ENGIE in various leadership positions, including transforming the procurement function across Benelux services and managing a global procurement function with a purchasing value of €19 billion. Experience also includes strategic roles at ExxonMobil, Accenture, and BP Mobil, where Paul managed large-scale procurement operations and transformation initiatives. Paul holds a degree in Civil Engineering from HEI and completed the Enterprise Leadership Program at INSEAD.
