Raffaele Maffei

Raffaele Maffei is currently the H&S Manager at Solvay, where they have been responsible for occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and the implementation of corporate procedures since January 2020. With extensive experience in process safety management and engineering, Raffaele has played a key role in digitalization efforts and enhancing safety protocols within a Seveso site. They hold a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pisa and have undergone specialized training in process safety methodologies and Lean Six Sigma. Raffaele's background includes serving as an officer cadet in the Marina Militare from 2001 to 2003.
