Robin Sips

Robin Sips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial and supply chain management, particularly in the chemicals industry. Currently serving as Commercial Director for the Middle East & Africa Soda Ash at Solvay since July 2018, Robin previously held significant roles including VP Supply Chain Europe, overseeing a comprehensive supply chain strategy across multiple European offices. In January 2024, Robin became Chair of the European Soda Ash Producers Association (ESAPA) under Cefic, representing key industry players in the EU. Previous experience includes board membership at BLCC Singapore, regional key account management at Manuchar, advisory roles at PwC, and logistical coordination at CMA CGM. Robin holds multiple degrees in business economics and international project management from esteemed institutions including ESCP Business School and KU Leuven.
