Roger Dias

Roger Dias is a Research Chemist currently employed at Syensqo since December 2023 and has been with Solvay since June 2019 in the same role. Prior to these positions, Roger served as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Wiggins Research Group at the University of Southern Mississippi from January 2016 to May 2019, where significant research focused on the synthesis of controlled Polyacryonitrile (PAN) precursors for carbon fiber using reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. Roger holds a degree in Polymer Science with a focus on Polymer Chemistry from the University of Southern Mississippi, completed in 2019.
