Ron Lehman

Ron Lehman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global manufacturing and operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President Global Manufacturing at Solvay Novecare since July 2018, overseeing more than 30 production sites worldwide. Prior to this role, Ron held several leadership positions within Solvay, including Vice President and General Manager for Novecare North America and Industrial Director for Novecare N.A. Ron's earlier career includes significant roles as VP Global Manufacturing at OpSec Security, Inc. and Director of Manufacturing & Engineering at Rhodia. Additionally, Ron has a solid foundation in chemical engineering and chemistry, holding a BS ChE from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemistry from Juniata College.
