Todd Ecker is an experienced site manager, currently leading the Solvay team at the Alorton Site since December 2023. Previously, Todd served as site manager at Flexsys from November 2021 to October 2023, overseeing a union-represented site during its divestiture from Eastman Chemical. Todd's extensive career at Eastman Chemical Company included roles as site manager, platform manager, senior staff engineer, and product and pricing manager, with significant achievements during the COVID pandemic and in leading various business initiatives. Prior experiences at Eastman and other companies included positions in production management, operations leadership, and engineering. Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
