Vincent Polus has over 37 years of experience in finance, with a significant tenure at Solvay since May 1986, where roles have included Senior Financial Controller for various sectors such as Peroxides and Soda Ash, as well as responsibilities in Group Accounting and Controlling. Key achievements include financial oversight of joint ventures, management of international acquisitions, and successful integration of financial reporting systems. Previous experience includes external auditing at Deloitte Belgium and military service in the Belgium Army, complemented by an extensive educational background in Finance, Management, Accounting, and Economics from multiple prestigious institutions.
